Kada Education (together with its subsidiaries, and affiliates, hereinafter "Kada Education", "us", "we", "our" or "the Company") is committed to the security and management of personal data, to function effectively and successfully for the benefit of our stakeholders who are primarily the students, academicians, and the institutions. In doing so, it is essential that people's privacy is protected through the lawful and appropriate means for handling the personal data. Therefore, we have implemented this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy").

The purpose of this policy is to describe how Kada Education collects, uses, and shares information about you through our online interfaces (e.g., websites and mobile applications) owned and controlled by us. This policy is also designed to provide information on how Kada Education ensures data security, conducts disclosures to third parties and processes requests from the Data Principals.

We only collect relevant information about you if we have a reason to do so — for example, to provide our Services on the Platform, to gauge your interest for a specific program/institution, to communicate with you, to acquaint you with other value added services amicable for your education progression, and also to ascertain feedback for service improvisation.

• Basic Account Information: To access certain features of the Platform, we ask for basic information which may include your Full Name, Email address, Gender, State and City of residence, Phone/Mobile Number, Education history, etc.
• Information when you communicate with us: When you voluntarily write to us with a question or to ask for help, we will keep that correspondence, and the Email Address, for future reference.
• Information we collect automatically: Device and Log information, Usage information, and Information from Cookies & other technologies.

Further to the Terms of Use provided on Kada Education, we disclaim all liabilities and warranties with respect to payment of fees ("Fees") that is applicable to the programs you have opted for through our platform. Such Fee shall include but not be limited to course fee of the University / Institution's online degree / certificate program which the user/student directly pays to the university/Institution. Further the User agrees and understands that:

It shall be the responsibility of the User to make all necessary payments to the respective university / Institution directly and timely. Kada Education doesn't charge or claim any course fee except for nominal fee towards Career Counselling service.

The online payment facility provided by Kada Education is neither banking nor a financial service but is merely a facilitator for ease of payment ("Payment Gateway Service Provider"). The Payment Gateway Service Provider facilitates online payments, collection, and remittance of money for the transactions on the Kada Education platform using existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing such payment facility through the Payment Gateway Service Provider, Kada Education is neither acting as a trustee nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the payments made by the User against the purchase of Services on the Website.

The User further understands and agrees that all payments made by the User through the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall take a minimum of one-two (1-2) working days to be effectively processed. The User shall make the payment of the applicable Fee through the Payment Gateway Service Provider at his/her own risk. Kada Education shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in processing the Fee paid by the User through the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website Kada Education will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User due to (a) Lack of authorization for any transactions (b) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (c) decline of such transaction for any reason; or (d) use, or inability to use the payment page maintained by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

To assure that the information in the Website/Course Brochure is accurate; every effort has been made. The Institution/University will take every step to provide the educational services as mentioned in the Prospectus/brochure/website. However, the curriculum content of individual program is under constant academic review and may change from time to time, with the modification in content, discontinuation, or replacement, however, human uncontrolled factors are exceptions to this.

The institution/University listed on the Kada Education platform reserves every right to discontinue any program, curriculum, facility or to bring variations in the content or method of the delivery of program. If the institution discontinues any program, it will take reasonable measures to minimize any disruption, caused as the result of changes.
